The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. Key Autism Services provides individualized care to people diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• collect and record progress and behavior data
• use Discrete Trial Training and Natural Environment Teaching
• collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and clinical team members
• participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.
