Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from planning and design through construction and closeout
• ensure federal contract and funding compliance
• support procurement and contractor selection
• administer contracts and review change orders
• track costs and forecasts
• maintain schedules and resolve delays
• coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• review submittals and respond to RFIs
• monitor safety and quality
• report progress and risks
• maintain project records
• manage punch lists, inspections, warranties, and closeout documents.

Why this role

Minimum five years of construction project management experience and hands-on federal project experience required; bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; PE license or PMP certification preferred, not required.
