What you'll do

• Provide oversight and mentoring to facility Directors of Nursing
• conduct routine clinical audits and ensure survey preparedness
• travel between Rhode Island facilities
• manage daily tasks, patient flow, admissions, and discharges
• troubleshoot care issues and difficult family situations
• implement policies
• provide in-service education
• collaborate with the executive team on policies and procedures
• provide director-level patient care and administrative coverage as needed.
