It advances service quality and sustainability through staff supervision, program development, community partnerships, and coordination of mental health and older adult services.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for mental health services
• consult on complex cases, risk, treatment planning, ethics, referrals, and levels of care
• monitor documentation, outcomes, caseloads, access, and regulatory compliance
• lead Older Adult Services and caregiver support programs
• develop and evaluate programs and sustainable funding opportunities
• build community partnerships and referral networks
• represent JFS in outreach, events, presentations, and educational programs
• collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, policy, budgeting, and planning.

Why this role
