What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors
• monitor dispatch communications and prioritize service requests
• coordinate deployment of security personnel
• maintain logs, incident records, and shift reports
• communicate relevant information to supervisors and responding personnel
• respond calmly to incidents and escalate concerns through established channels
• conduct regular and random patrols and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues.
