What you'll do

• Prepare detailed and conceptual estimates for heavy industrial construction
• perform quantity takeoffs and pricing across construction scopes
• develop subcontractor bid packages and evaluate proposals
• coordinate with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• maintain cost databases
• support proposals, schedules, bid reviews, and project turnover.
