The Industrial Maintenance Technician — Crew C, Overnight role is onsite in Douglassville, PA. Compensation is $32–$40 per hour based on experience, plus a $2 per hour shift differential. Crew C works 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with every other Wednesday worked. Sunny Sky Products manufactures aseptic beverages, including shelf-stable dairy and coffee products. The technician maintains plant facilities and production equipment to support reliable manufacturing operations. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and production support help reduce interruptions while maintaining food-safety and workplace-safety standards.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on processing, packaging, and material-handling equipment
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery where applicable
• maintain plant utilities
• complete facility repairs
• respond to breakdowns
• support changeovers and production schedules
• follow GMP, HACCP, lockout/tagout, confined-space, sanitation, and safety procedures
• document work orders and parts usage
• recommend solutions to recurring issues.
