The Dietary Cook | Weekends role is onsite in Yakima, WA, with pay of $20.47–$26.00 per hour. The cook supports Englewood Health & Rehabilitation residents’ nutritional wellbeing through meal preparation and service. The role exists to prepare appealing meals that meet normal and special diet requirements and support residents’ overall wellbeing. It also helps maintain kitchen operations, food quality, and coordinated meal service, including supervising in the manager’s absence.

What you'll do

• Assist with supervising dietary functions and personnel
• prepare and oversee food preparation
• contribute to tray service and kitchen cleanliness
• maintain records as directed
• follow special diet orders and approved substitutions
• coordinate food and supply requirements
• plan, prepare, and serve meals
• supervise kitchen operations in the manager’s absence.
