Equipment Engineer

The Equipment Engineer role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI. Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 per year. What you'll do

• Maintain equipment performance and specifications
• troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce downtime
• train users on equipment, safety, cleanroom protocols, and microfabrication and characterization tools
• develop and update standard operating procedures
• install, maintain, and repair equipment
• provide safety and operational support
• support microfabrication activities for funded projects.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Three or more years in SMT manufacturing and electronic assembly are preferred; experience with solid modeling, AutoCAD, and ECR/ECN processes is listed.
