The role manages the customer’s service experience from appointment through pickup, coordinating with technicians, parts, warranty staff, and service management so repairs progress with clear documentation, approvals, and customer updates.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and document RV service concerns
• schedule appointments and help manage workload
• maintain customer, vehicle, and repair records
• coordinate with technicians and dealership departments
• prepare estimates and obtain authorization
• update customers on repair status and delays
• follow up on parts
• support quality control and explain completed repairs and charges.
