Trinity Health PACE is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine physician to provide services at Mercy LIFE Assisi House, Aston PA, and Mercy Life Valley View, Elwyn located in greater Philadelphia. Under the supervision of the medical director, the Primary Care physician (PCP) provides primary medical care to PACE Organization (PO) participants
