What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with daily lesson plans and age-appropriate activities
• supervise children and support daily routines
• encourage independence, language development, and social skills
• observe and document progress and milestones as needed
• adapt activities to individual needs
• prepare and organize classroom materials and spaces
• maintain a clean, safe classroom and sanitize toys and equipment
• communicate with staff and parents
• participate in meetings and training
• report concerns to the lead teacher or director.
