What you'll do

• Collect used kitchenware
• load and unload dishwashing machines
• hand-wash specified items
• store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment
• maintain clean dishware supplies and detergent stock
• check machine operation and report issues
• remove garbage
• sanitize the kitchen and floor
• assist waitstaff with clearing tables.
