What you'll do

• Support attorneys in SID and corporate matters
• assist with SID formation, governance, financing, and infrastructure projects
• prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and official records
• coordinate with attorneys, board members, developers, engineers, accountants, and municipal advisors
• support corporate entity formation, filings, and compliance
• maintain corporate records and assist with federal and state filing requirements
• manage deadlines and projects
• perform administrative tasks as needed.
