The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care role is onsite in Fargo, ND, at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, with a $2 per hour evening-shift differential. SMP Health’s St. Catherine facilities provide resident-centered care focused on safety, dignity, and quality of life. The CNA supports residents with daily care and comfort, helping maintain their independence and well-being as part of the nursing team. The position builds meaningful relationships with residents while responding to their needs and reporting changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• answer call lights
• observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• provide emotional support and companionship
• document care
• follow facility policies and infection-control procedures.

Why this role

Day, evening, and night shifts available; every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday rotation; long-term care experience preferred but not required; North Dakota CNA certification or ability to obtain it.
