Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior build-out
• manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
• oversee data halls and related spaces
• track schedules, budgets, costs, and change orders
• conduct inspections and enforce quality and safety standards
• coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
• report progress, risks, milestones, and costs
• ensure code and permitting compliance.
