What you'll do

• Enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and process payments
• process biweekly payroll in the ERP and Paycor and maintain payroll records
• process employee expense reimbursements
• track credit card expenses
• complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and accounting schedules
• maintain inventory and asset entries
• prepare financial reports
• track bank and credit card accounts
• support compliance, audits, general ledger analysis, and financial reporting reconciliations.
