What you'll do

• Maintain data integrity and compliance with company procedures, FDA, cGxP, and QSR requirements
• review test data and documentation
• ensure equipment calibration and maintenance
• select and order equipment as needed
• perform testing to project schedules
• enforce laboratory procedures
• plan and report laboratory activities
• implement environmental, health, safety, and quality policies
• use laboratory instrumentation and computer systems
• support recruitment needs, performance assessment, training plans, and onboarding.
