What you'll do

• Oversee transportation and processing operations
• coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse Leads
• stage supplies, equipment, and routes
• manage fleet and equipment maintenance
• perform quality checks on sharps washing machines and containers
• monitor and report KPIs
• support customer setups and pickup issues
• manage permits and regulatory compliance
• hire, schedule, train, and coach staff
• oversee budgets, P&L, fleet systems, and safety activities.
