What you'll do

• Assign duties and supervise and schedule BHT staff
• audit electronic health record documentation
• hire and support corrective action when indicated
• manage team payroll and staffing plans
• train staff
• coordinate recreational activities and transportation
• attend multidisciplinary meetings
• oversee community meetings
• collaborate with clinical and nursing departments
• monitor departmental expenses.
