Make-Ready and Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Make-Ready and Maintenance Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Kansas City, MO, paying $22–$28 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Inspect move-outs and assess repair needs
• complete make-ready work including painting, drywall, flooring, appliances, and fixtures
• diagnose and repair common plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and maintenance issues
• complete work orders
• assist with preventive maintenance, grounds, and common-area upkeep
• communicate status and material needs
• follow safety and quality standards.
