What you'll do

• Support maintenance of US Money Transmitter Licenses, including renewals, amendments, and state correspondence
• coordinate examination documentation and requests
• prepare and submit state MSB reports and filings through NMLS
• support partner due diligence
• maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls documentation
• monitor regulatory developments across US jurisdictions.
