What you'll do

• Grow revenue through face-to-face interactions with referral sources
• educate referral sources about BrightStar Care’s value proposition
• win new business using a consultative approach
• handle inbound calls and convert inquiries to clients
• onboard clients in the client management system
• complete case management requirements
• coordinate new starts with the Director of Nursing, scheduler, and central office
• follow up with clients
• develop proficiency in sales, recruiting, scheduling, accounting, marketing, and case management.
