What you'll do

• Follow the dealership sales process
• manage the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery
• present and demonstrate inventory
• update and manage daily inventory reports
• develop strategies to increase market share
• review monthly plans with sales leadership
• maintain Customer Service Index, gross average, and monthly unit standards
• stay current on products, market trends, and certification
• use customer relationship management software.
