What you'll do

• Provide MDS coverage for open positions
• educate and implement programs related to the Resident Assessment Instrument, Prospective Payment Systems, Quality Measures, Medicaid Case Mix, and Medicare guidelines
• collaborate with the Clinical Reimbursement Specialist on onboarding new MDS coordinators
• demonstrate competency in RAI, care planning, PPS, Medicare, and applicable Medicaid Case Mix
• conduct resident assessments and meet with families.

Why this role

Requires current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensure, ability to obtain multistate licensure, and at least three years of MDS experience in long-term care. Travel Monday through Friday is required.
