What you'll do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• set priorities aligned with organizational objectives
• guide technical programs from concept through launch
• develop engineering capabilities, processes, standards, and talent
• consider manufacturing, sourcing, cost, quality, and scalability in product designs
• evaluate program priorities, resources, timelines, and technical considerations
• collaborate with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and quality
• provide recommendations and updates to senior leadership
• support product introduction into production
• travel periodically to other locations as required.
