What you'll do

• Drive revenue in simulator rentals, food and beverage, and leagues
• participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding
• evaluate employee performance
• oversee leagues, simulator experiences, events, facilities, food and beverage service, and staff scheduling
• uphold service standards
• monitor labor and operating costs
• assist with local marketing
• engage customers and manage guest communications
• oversee leagues and tournaments
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol-service laws.
