What you'll do

• Lead a team of 4–10 employees
• train and develop staff on duties, chemical use, and safety
• conduct monthly inspections
• work with the manager on labor and supply budgets and schedules
• communicate with customers
• perform cleaning tasks and verify team work
• report safety, maintenance, employee, and operational issues
• clean floors, restrooms, vents, windows, furniture, and high-touch surfaces
• dispose of waste
• track supplies and equipment
• follow health and safety regulations.
