The coordinator connects prospective and existing clients with hearing care by generating and booking appointments, supporting providers, and maintaining client records and follow-up. The role also assists with hearing aid readiness and service, tracks sales and booking measures, and helps maintain a welcoming center.

What you'll do

• Identify potential hearing needs and assist licensed providers with hearing screenings
• generate leads and book hearing evaluations
• schedule and confirm appointments
• maintain client records
• communicate with clients and support recall efforts
• perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks
• assist with orders, repairs, inventory, and pickup notifications
• track leads, bookings, conversions, and show rates
• support merchandising and center upkeep
• collect payments and assist with financing applications.
