  • improve internal controls and process documentation
  • coach and develop team members
  • oversee contract funding, accounting, billing, receivables, cash activity, revenue recognition support, and financial records
  • oversee Accounts Payable and Travel
  • coordinate with Planning & Analysis, University Accounting, and Contracts
  • resolve escalated matters
  • pursue automation, standardization, and service improvements.
