What you'll do

• Process customer orders and coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch
• manage rail delivery orders and coordinate with loading supervisors and railroad services
• generate loading tickets for contract truck drivers
• assist phone and walk-in customers with product inquiries, orders, tickets, and receipts
• verify brick availability
• notify customers when orders are ready
• coordinate truck or rail delivery logistics
• compile data, prepare reports, and handle routine correspondence.
