What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for Buying Group questions and programs
• communicate proactively with franchise owners and conduct quarterly check-ins
• onboard new owners and manage follow-up
• track vendor adoption and identify underused programs
• develop outreach to increase participation
• help resolve owner-vendor issues
• coordinate meetings
• share recurring concerns with the Partnerships team
• and support campaigns, webinars, vendor communications, and events.
