What you'll do

• Process and verify vendor invoices
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• prepare payment documentation
• prepare customer invoices and assist with collections
• research billing issues
• perform account reconciliations
• maintain records in Sage and other systems
• assist with month-end close, payroll, audits, and accounting projects
• follow accounting policies and internal controls.
