Security Guard — First Shift

Job overview

The Security Guard — First Shift role is onsite in Sturtevant, WI. Compensation is $18 per hour. The guard supports Allied Universal’s security services at a retail and mall location. The guard conducts patrols, monitors access and activity, and responds to incidents to help deter unauthorized activity and provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow location-specific security procedures
• respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• document incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities.
