• Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, inbound inquiries, and networking
• conduct discovery with small business owners and leaders
• demonstrate and position accounting services
• manage opportunities through proposal and onboarding handoff
• close new customers and identify potential additional services
• maintain customer relationships and communicate expectations
• share customer feedback and market insights to improve sales materials and processes.
