What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial washers, dryers, and related equipment
• lead and mentor a maintenance helper
• inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
• respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls
• manage parts inventory and coordinate vendor repairs
• maintain safety compliance and records
• support installations and upgrades
• troubleshoot coin- and card-based payment systems
• travel between South Florida locations.
