What you'll do

• Counter team members welcome guests, determine needs, share product knowledge, take orders using the point-of-sale system, follow product and packaging standards, deliver food and coffee, and maintain clean, stocked cafe stations.
• Baristas prepare and serve beverages to recipes and specifications, answer questions, operate barista equipment, and keep the bar clean, sanitary, and stocked.
