What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment and recipes
• follow portion, cooking, quality, and kitchen standards
• stock line stations
• portion ingredients
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• handle, store, and rotate products
• follow closing checklists
• attend scheduled team meetings.
