What you'll do

• Manage property operations and staff
• meet prospective residents, show units, maintain waiting lists, screen applicants, and complete leases
• collect rent and deposits and maintain accounting entries
• assist with vendor selection and purchases
• prepare property reports and support budget development
• resolve resident concerns and oversee activities
• assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and staff performance
• monitor maintenance work, inspect units and common areas, and implement marketing and lease-renewal strategies.
