What you'll do

• Conduct structured interviews to gather employment history, eligibility information, and career goals
• review unemployment insurance status and program requirements
• explain services, timelines, and compliance expectations
• help develop individualized employment plans
• refer participants to workshops, job-search assistance, training, or supportive services
• maintain case files and workforce-system records
• monitor progress and follow up
• collaborate with Workforce Solutions staff
• generate reports and track outcomes
• support administrative service delivery.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with two years of directly related experience, plus at least one year of relevant experience. A valid Texas driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
