Program Therapist

The Program Therapist role is onsite in Neenah, WI, with an annual salary of $60,000–$80,000. Inner Haven Wellness provides intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment for adolescents and adults with eating disorders at locations in Neenah and Madison, Wisconsin. The therapist provides counseling, group therapy, and case management for assigned clients. The role conducts assessments, develops individualized care plans, delivers individual, family, and group therapy, coordinates aftercare and referrals, and maintains timely clinical records to support client treatment and recovery.

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide individual, family, and group treatment under the Executive Clinical Director’s direction
• perform case management, including aftercare planning, referral updates, and progress reporting
• update care plans as needed
• maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• attend clinical staff meetings, supervision, and case reviews.
