What you'll do

• Lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes
• provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications
• build relationships with clients and foster an inclusive studio environment
• participate in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• complete instructor training and ongoing education
• apply leadership feedback to improve coaching.
