The Owner Operator Development Program is an onsite role based in Beachwood, OH. as a fixed salary, but trainees earn between $70,000 and $90,000 per year while preparing to manage their own restaurant location. This program supports the Brassica restaurant team by cultivating entrepreneurial leadership and operational excellence. This role exists to train future restaurant owners through a comprehensive 20-week development program. It contributes to the company's goals by preparing individuals to manage their own restaurant, mentor staff, and build lasting community relationships through high-quality food and service.

What you'll do

• Complete a 20-week comprehensive training program, develop leadership and mentorship skills, manage restaurant operations, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and prepare for future ownership of a Brassica location.
