What you'll do

• Own inbound inspection, date-code verification, authenticity checks, and counterfeit risk mitigation
• maintain quality-control documentation
• train warehouse staff on quality awareness
• oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and returns
• lead inventory accuracy programs and WMS practices
• maintain 5S standards and equipment
• lead and develop warehouse staff
• oversee safety compliance and incident management
• track operational and quality KPIs
• manage carrier relationships and cross-functional coordination.
