What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and provide coverage when needed
• develop the annual program plan with staff input and support implementation
• meet regularly with the Clinical Manager to address treatment access, efficiency, effectiveness, and experience
• communicate concerns and recommendations to the Clinical Officer
• manage stakeholder feedback
• participate in treatment team and program meetings
• provide direct care as necessary
• conduct and oversee chart audits and follow-up
• supervise the Clinical Manager and other supervisees
• review monthly financial reports and develop plans to improve profitability
• monitor program reports, outcomes, safety, training, and compliance
• support hiring, community relationships, and staff communication.

Why this role
