Lead Caregiver / Caregiver Trainer

The Lead Caregiver / Caregiver Trainer role is onsite in Liberty, MO, with pay of $21–$23 per hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek. Home Instead’s mission is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The role supports quality senior care by training and mentoring caregivers, helping new team members establish relationships with clients and families, and providing care coverage when needed. It also contributes to service quality through client visits, follow-up, and accurate care-management records.

What you'll do

• Train and mentor caregivers during their first shifts
• introduce caregivers to clients and families
• answer team questions
• fill in for caregiver shifts when needed
• conduct client quality-assurance visits and follow up with caregivers and families
• update client assessments and caregiver skills in care-management software.
