What you'll do

• Own procurement for assigned materials and commodities
• ensure material availability and resolve supply risks
• manage supplier relationships and performance
• negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements
• implement supplier improvement or re-sourcing strategies
• collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
• use ERP tools to analyze supply and demand
• resolve delivery, quality, invoicing, and inventory issues
• support inventory optimization and cost reduction
• partner on engineering changes and sourcing decisions
• travel occasionally to supplier sites.
