What you'll do

• Assist with assessing resident interests and activity needs at move-in
• encourage participation while respecting individual preferences and choices
• help decorate common areas and prepare for special events and celebrations
• prepare and clean the activity room
• monitor residents during activities and communicate needs to the appropriate supervisor
• assist with group and one-on-one activities
• support teamwork and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
