The Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Resource role is an onsite position based in Richmond, VA, with compensation ranging from $60.00 to $65.00 per hour. This role supports the Betis Group, Inc. team, which is dedicated to providing technical and functional support for Oracle HCM systems. This position exists to support Oracle HCM SAAS system administration, configuration, and development. The resource works with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of patches, develop reports and dashboards, and support the conversion to Redwood functionality.

What you'll do

• Support Oracle HCM SAAS system administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Resolve complex issues.
• Enhance security.
• Perform HDL and interface activities.
• Create new and update existing configurations.
• Develop enhancements in the production environment.
• Work with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of upcoming patches.
• Log and work service requests with Oracle teams.
• Provide critical configuration and technical help to support migration to Redwood.
