Quality Technician – 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Perform in-process and finished-product quality checks
• inspect incoming ingredients and packaging
• assist with SOP maintenance
• participate in food safety inspections, mock recalls, label and HACCP audits, and equipment calibrations
• verify production line setup and sanitation
• communicate quality issues
• assist with root-cause investigations, corrective actions, quality holds, and laboratory support.
